"The Halls of Tizun Thane" was a classic D&D scenario from White Dwarf 18; it was the first documented use of several Fiend Folio monsters such as the berbalang, blood hawk, carbuncle, mite, and necrophidius (all of which had debuted in earlier issues of WD). The adventure also had several new monsters* that didn't appear again anywhere else:

Gu'en-deeko (a strange monstrous humanoid with the ability to absorb the memories and abilities of creatures)
Nandie (a simian magical beast)
Nandie-bear (its larger cousin)
Shadow Dancer (an extraplanar construct)
I've posted a conversion of the adventure to my website (http://home.gwi.net/~rdorman/frilond/rul/dm/Tizun_Thane.html), including conversions of these monsters. I also want to throw a shout-out to the Creature Catalog for its nifty conversion of the berbalang. (I was a little surprised that the berbalang has not been "officially" converted to 3.xe; it was a pretty popular monster back in the day and had some gruesomely awesome Russ Nicholson art in the first Fiend Folio. Then again, it does have a rather bizarre ecology.) * One monster that appeared in the Halls of Tizun Thane, "the green gremlin," I didn't convert and just substituted a mephit. The gremlin was not described very vividly in the adventure and besides, there are already tons of existing monsters in the imp niche.
