The word count for this type of entry should be a minimum of 1250 words to a maximum of 1550 words.</p><p></p><p>• Fey and Dragon-subtype (i.e. Human/Dragon half breeds) do not exist upon Arcanis.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Submissions must be received no later than May 15th, 2004. Submissions should be in Word or RTF format and be attached to the email sent. If you have more than one entry, you may include these all in one document and attach to an email to us.</p><p></p><p>Email the submissions to: <a href="mailto:PCIHenry@aol.com">PCIHenry@aol.com</a> . Remember to include all of your contact information including your full name, mailing address and phone number. </p><p></p><p>Entries that have not met the criteria noted above will not be considered.
