Message: <blockquote data-quote="Dannyalcatraz" data-source="post: 5690004" data-attributes="member: 19675">First of all...this is NOT going to be a 1st level PC.  Just wanted to get that out there.Assuming you want the guy to be based on the human, orc or half-orc race:1) the Winged Template is probably your best bet.  There are preside classes that can get them- Dragon Disciple & Geomancer to name a couple- but they take time and have class-based prerequisites.2) to get the height and most of the deformities, you'll probably want to look at the Aberrant feats (Lords of Madness) AND the Vile feats (Book of Vile Darkness).3) The Feral and Extra Limb templates will get you claws and the tail.  The stinger may be tougher- see the Geomancer again.4) The spell Enlarge Person (Sorc/Wiz) or the psionic power Expansion (PsyWar) will also get you height and reach, and I beleive both can be made permanent.  The PsyWar also gets you powers that grant claws.  The Geomancer also gets claws.5) there is a Planetouched race called the Fey'ri that has some of what you want- I believe they're from Forgotten Realms.Be prepared, though: on balance, I doubt someone who would bar you from playing Blackscale lizardfolk would let you pile up all this stuff together.</blockquote>
