Monte's Variant Bard
Actually, Monte's variant doesn't have a standard spell list but uses things called spellsongs, which come in three increasingly powerful flavours:
Spell Notes are roughly the equivalent of 1st/2nd-level PH Bard spells and require a MEA to cast; Spell Chords are similiar to 3rd/4th-level spells and take a standard action; Spell Melodies (roughly 5th-6th-level spells) require a full round action to cast.
5 Notes can be spent for a single Chord and 3 Chords can be used for one Melody (conversely, a Melody can be used to cast up to 15 Notes, if you really wanted to) -- so they're similar to a Psionicist's power points in many ways.
As for character sheets and lists, I'm afraid I don't know -- but RPGNow sells PDFs of the Book of Eldritch Might II (cheap at the moment 'cos of some anniversary deal by Malhavoc) and you could easily print off individual pages (or chop them around with Adobe Acrobat, etc.
