Message: <blockquote data-quote="Rystil Arden" data-source="post: 3761507" data-attributes="member: 29014">There was a Monk/ShouDisciple in one of my games with a similar build to the OP.  He eventually wound up with 9 attacks per round, 10 with Haste, and 11 with that PH2 feat that gives you another attack with slashing weapons at a high penalty.  He used Thinblades so he would crit, and he had something or other that also gave him light sneak attack damage plus the feat that made critical hits into sneak attacks.  Ironically since you mentioned an octopus, this character's mortal enemy and archrival was a giant sentient octopus, the only enemy who had a similar number of attacks.  They were fairly evenly matched--the octopus had a better attack bonus but lower AC, and vice versa for the Shou Disciple.</blockquote>
