Colonel Hardisson and I have been working on D20 conversion of the old Atlantean Trilogy game world from Bard Games (circa early to mid 80s). We are currently working on character class and magic conversions from The Arcanum book (his project) and the monsters from the Bestiary (my project).

The monsters don't have descriptive texts, since that is probably still copyrighted by Bard Games. The most use can be made of the monster document if you have the original Bestiary. You might be able to find it for sale online or in a game store that sells old OOP games.
