Kenjib is right, this is just the beginning of a new age with all the accompanying growing pains.&nbsp; Everytime a significant technology has been introduced companies unable to change have fought it tooth and nail, lost, and then gone out of business or changed.&nbsp; If you can't see that, good luck in you next career.</blockquote>
