The player said: it's only ECL +4, level adjustment +4 in the MM. so I have addes 4 barbarian levels to make him level 8. The DM agreed, I did not.14d8 Hit Dice + 4d12 from class levels, a base attack bonus of +10, is just a bit overpowered for a level 8 character.
