I hear that. in a campaign a few months (?... hmm, okay call it 1 1/2 years ago actually) ago my Elven Rogue had tried to sneak up a tower. My climb was kinda low so I was using pitons to help out. Suffice to say I was heard, and the Halfling Rogue NPC waited until I was at the top to shoot me. Aghhh, that hurt. Now for the good roll part. Knowing I couldn't afford a drawn out battle, I Bullrushed him across a two-by-four, rolled two 20's (one for the balance check, one for the bullrush-and I needed it cuase he had a 16 str... I had 11) shoved him 15' off the tower to fall to his death... he-he. Later in the courtyard we battled the EVIL Cleric and his minions, I was blinded (Damn blind spells). Well I declared "I am shooting for where he was", rolled two twenties followed by a 99%. Suffice to say I had little to no luck the rest of the campiagn (except for Reflexe saves... of course I had a really high number). Hehehe... Oh yeah still that day, in the bowels of the EVIL Clerics Keep I was being led (still blind) by the Wizard of the party. My hand was running down the wall and I found a secret-door (yup even blinded-of course I didn't roll it the DM did, but I still count it). I said sure I'll open it (made the next roll-still blinded- at a minus 10) then rolled a 20 versus the FireTrap... the mage of course failed... He was hit by so many traps I accidently triggered it was a running joke... of course it wasn't very funny when the DeathTrap got him in the end... TTFN
