Anything that will give you 20th level casting ability as a sorcerer (straight sorcerer, MotAO, etc.) and then go dragon disciple to level 30. Despite it not being an epic PrC, you will get bonus 9th levle slots every level you get a tremendous boost to str with the size increase, you get wings, a breath weapon and a few other niceties. Also with already having the 20 levels you will be able to handpick your spells to their maximum efficiency. I will also second the epic Paladin as they are just so damn cool. And with the divine feats you are unstoppable. Also, don't let anyone tell you the templar is absolutely better than the paladin. Taking leadership and then epic leadership to get a dragon mount with the added abililtes of the Paladin class is so powerful it is surprising every powergamer would not want to do it. And seeing the the lifetime of most mounts is approximately 10 years it is more than reasonable that you would have such a dragon mount at that level. Something I have always been interested in playing was a swashbuckler. With instant epic status available, this might be an interesting concept as well - combines good power with coolness and great roleplaying potential. You could have levels in fighter and ranger and then take the duelist PrC. Combined with some of the feats from the Swashbuckling Dragon article (especially the part about parrying), you could be quite a dangerous opponent - think about parrying a titans maul with your dagger while then attacking with your rapier to do an automatic 6d6 dmg (with two energy enhancements) per hit not including any other damage mod's. Epic Arcane Trickster is another excellent option. The primary drawback of an arcane trickster is the slower progression to higher level spells. At level 20 you can actually have those spells and you will continue to get great Sneak attack damage while getting all of the other cool abilities of the class.
