Situation

Rules say you can move at half speed and incur no penalty when Hiding or Moving Silently

What if you are Hiding AND Moving Silently

Would you have to move half / half speed to incur no penalty.. or can you just move at half speed ???

Came up last night with my sneaky players moving across a courtyard..

I'd only apply this once.

Basically, if you move at half-speed, you can use these skills at no penalty, not you need to cut your speed in half for each such skill you want to use without penalty.
