multi class prc question

Say I want to take a prc of spellsword and I have 4 levels of fighter and 4 levels of sorcerer and my 9th level will be that of spell sword, that allows me to add +1 to my arcane levels spellcasting class. OK now I want to take my 10 class level as another level of sorcerer (5th). What level of spellcasting sorcerer class do I use.

Im a tad unclear on this.

fighter 4/sorc 4/spellsword 1= cast as sorcerer 5.
fighter 4/sorc 5/spellsword 1= cast as sorcerer 6.
fighter 4/sorc 15/spellsword 1= cast as sorcerer 16.

Basically, the spells per day and spells known are those of a higher-level sorcerer due to the prc.
