So, As an Eldritch Knight I would got to lvl12 then Artificer Alchemist for 8 levels as an intellect based caster, being able to attune another magic item is fun, healing abilities and spells.
That's how I would go anyway, if I was going to multiclass, though Eldritch Knight is good to 20 so ... whatever.
