They have no power outside their area, but no other faction is strong enough to drive them out. </p><p><u>The Ratmen: </u> controls much of the western sewers. </p><p><u>The Gangs</u>: River Rats, Black Furies, Fire Knives, </p><p>- Roster street Thugees now incorporated into the Nameless’ territory </p><p><u>The Noble Houses:</u> Each has a walled compound within the city. Allied to the Dragonking, </p><p>- Everheart: allied to the Nameless, soldiers train together </p><p>- Tarmlune: ocean traders, claim to the throne.</p><p>- Vellguard: very quiet house. </p><p><u>Illithids/Foulspawn:</u> (Mind Flayers) powerful, other-worldy, mind controllers. They claim territory hundreds of feet below the city. Three live in a settlement below the castle of the Hand. </p><p><u>The Fell Court :</u> (gone) except for Meluvana, a tiefling warlock.</p><p>Knights of the Fallen Stars: (gone)</p></blockquote><p></p>
