It revolves around rather subtle, but apparently RAW, interpretations of the wording on PHB1 p208. "There are two restrictions on your choice of a class-specific multiclass feat. First, you can't take a multiclass feat for your own class. Second, once you take a multiclass feat, you can't take a class-specific feat for a different class." and then "A character who has taken a class-specific multiclass feat counts as a member of that class for the purpose of meeting prerequisites for taking other feats and qualifying for paragon paths." Now, "prerequisites" are always specifically stated in the description of a feat. The general text on p208 is not a 'prerequisite', it is a separate rule. Thus for the purposes of that rule (and all other general rules) you are NOT a member of the multiclass. Thus the 1st restriction in the first quote above does not apply to your multiclass. Therefor you CAN take a 2nd multiclass feat, but the 2nd restriction means you can only take it in the SAME class as the first one. There is another subtle point here, which is that you only count as your multiclass for ONE PURPOSE, meeting the PREREQUISITES of other feats and PPs. In NO OTHER WAY are you a member of the multiclass. Not even for purposes of meeting any requirements in the TEXT BODY of feats! This last has generally been ignored in the context of feat text, but now and then it can be significant. In any case, CB is correct, you can stack up as many MC feats as you want in a single class. As noted this can be pretty useful for some builds.
