First I would limit the bonus to character level. I do really liek this though. One question. If I am Lawful Evil. Lawful 5 Evil 6 Does that give me a -1 to someone's roll? Or do I get the full six? Also, if I get the full six, can I also have the full five? And are these each usable by charisma modifier? Or can I only use them togather? So with a Chr-16, do I get a bonus three times, and can give someone a penalty three times? Or so I have to split my three between the two? Also, having a neutral alighnment is rather useless. What if neutral ment you you could negat these bonus. And what about a Lawful Good character? He can only buff himself, and doesn't get all that great of a bonus. Are they added togather? Ok, I realize I asked alot of questions nit picking it all apart. But I really do like. Heres my suggestion. A character can use her alighnmnt modifier (for lack of a better term) a number of timer per day equal to her charisma bonus, minimum once per day. At fifth level adn every levels thereafter, they gain an additional use per day. Lawful and good characters add up to their level of alighnment bonus, to one d20 roll per use. This ability is usable a number of times per day as stated previously. A Chaotic or Evil character can subtract their alighnment score, up to their level, from one target within thirty feet. This ability is usable a number of times per day as described above. A neutral character can supress the use of an alighnment modifier, or any other modifier that is used improntu, such as action points. This supression is equal to their neutral points, with a maximum equal to their level. A character with two types of the same bonus, Such as a Lawful Good Paladin, Adds an aditional amount, above the normal limit, equal to one half the lesser number, rounded down. So: Lawful 6 Good 10 Character Level: 6 Chr-16 This paladin can add 9 to a d20 roll, four times per day. Hows that look? any where near what you wanted? I think I was only clarifiying some things. I wasn't trying to redesign. Any way, what do you think? -Sravoff
