Oh get over yourself... unless you want to post your resume showing how you are well steeped in the inner workings of corprations and are privy to the WotC business model... you are just blowing smoke. The model they appear to be using is contracting out a lot of work, so *of course* they don't need as many editors, they don't have as much to edit. Guess what, they are also buying less monster artwork... OH NOES!! I am shocked SHOCKED I TELL YOU, that two companies that were unable to get a liscense with WotC are talking smack... maybe its because Obsidian now works with a competitor?? Of course, based on Obsidians recent track record, WotC may have good reason to not want to be associated with them. As for the "cancelled" project.. companies have ideas all the time, and sometimes they even start developing them to see if they are a good idea. You could just as easily (and just as baselessly) praise WotC for not being stuck in a rut and recognizing that they shouldn't move forward with that item. But instead you insist the sky is falling. Have you even considered that one of the delays for pdfs is they want to give the LGS a bit more of a head start in selling books? Or perhaps they are trying to make more than 'just' a pdf.... or maybe just trying to figure out the piracy issues. But no, they must just be dazed and confused.... WIth your magical ability to know what is going on inside companies that you have no inside knowledge bodes well for your abilty to make millions in the stock market.... good for you....
