Here's feedback:
General opinion
Your changes are definitely improving the Druid, and although they won't make it broken, they are not compensated with any kind of loss. I suppose it means that you believe the class to be weak, with which opinion I seriously disagree. But if you really think it needs a boost, it's up to you.
Specific opinion
Giving spontaneous casting of Cure spells is not good, unless there are no Clerics in your campaign. It gives the Druid a new edge which clearly belonged to good-ish Clerics only, and indirectly detracts from the Cleric class one of its most useful features. Even if you actually replaced Summon Nat's Allies (but you are giving them both) with it, it would still be an empowerment IMHO.
Anticipating Wild Shape is definitely another big boost to the class. More or less you always give WS capabilities one level earlier (and first time at level 3!). Again, I don't think the Druid needs to be improved and if you were a player of mine I would at least require you to lose something else in exchange, but your Druid doesn't lose anything.
Fey Grace instead of Resist Nature's Lure can be ok if you don't like the idea of getting the whole bonus at once. Clearly it is weaker at first but at higher levels becomes even better. That's ok for me.
Persistent Wild Shape is not really going to be that useful at high levels. A normal Druid could keep up his shape by "spending" two shape attempts per day, which is not a little cost but I doubt it will help often. I think this should better be a Wild feat.
Finally, the new aging rules don't really change the Druid at all. But they don't mess it up either, so you can use them easily if you prefer your version for flavor.
Final note
As I said before, you are giving the Druid 2 good improvements: spontaneous casting of Cure spells and earlier Wild Shape. The other changes you did don't compensate at all: if you meant to generally empower the Druid because you think it's weak, then you did a fine job, otherwise you should take something away to balance it back.
