Overcome: Use Quantum Control to bypass physical barriers, or surveillance systems that depend on visible light.
Create an Advantage: Use Quantum Control to place advantages on yourself such as Invisible or Incorporeal.
Attack: Use Quantum Control cannot be used to directly harm a target.
Defend: Use Quantum Control in place of Athletics, as long as you have the aspect Incorporeal.
