My friend up in Washington made a random spell generator for my upcoming homebrew game
Its more "Roguelike" in nature, due to its inherit randomness (it was intentional), the cost value under the effects is how much more the cost (could) be (EX.$5=a value of 1-5 to mana cost),
The damage dice is determined randomly and any extra damage or damage dice from modifiers have to be added manually
He did a really good job and i figured that i might as well share it with you all
Its not for any particular game system, its for a homebrew system where maximum mana is 100 for normal characters
