The following is likely about as accurate a schedule of my activities during the daytime at GenCon as I'll be able to put together. Please stop and say "hi" if you're so inclined.

Saturday

Sunday
10a-2p - MY AVATAR DIED AT THE HANDS OF GARY--LMing same

Stalkers will likely find me in the bar after the Exhibit Hall closes. Otherwise they'll be going hither and yon as I must do at the show. Between schedules appearances and cigarette breaks, a body doesn't scarcely have time for anything

Most everyone likes to go to the Safe House at night.

The hotel bars are fine with me. The one in the Hilton or the one in the Hyatt, makes no never mind, and both are close to the Midwest Express Center, of course.

The title of the ENnies should be changes to the Gygax award (much like the comics award is the Eisner awards). It just makes more sense.

Of course, then a certain someone would have to be on stage the whole time handing the awards to people and shaking their hands...

If I am not totally wrung out on Friday night I'll likely come by, barring some appointment made between now and then, thanks. I do have evening engagements on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, but Friday remains open.

Also, thanks for the thought, Mistwell, but I think the more general tiyle of "ENies" serves well. I am still active in writing and publishing, and it would be pretty uncomfortable for me competing for an award with my same on it...

THREAD HIJACK ALERT!!!

Y'know, this just got me thinking. I saw recently on theescapist.com that EGG was a Jehovah's Witness and Arneson was a Born Again Christian. Then I see here that EGG is planning on hanging out at a bar or taking cigarette breaks. I'm guessing that the info at theescapist is wrong? I know JWs don't drink or smoke.

I've been smoking for about 50 years now, mainly Camel straights, but I don't drink anything stronger than pop. Of course, pop would drink just about anything... [j/k]
