If you want tons of textures and various bits and pieces you can stick to buildings and whatnot you can mine the Dunjinni forums and the Maptool forums. There are others too, but from there you can find links. Lots of nice floor textures and whatnot. Some other fun things to make would be bridges, watering troughs, fences, wagons. A Quaker Oats or similar round container works great for a tower.

The Tavern is pretty nicely done.
