Growing up, my home town (Pine Bush, NY) was known locally and nationally as a UFO hotspot. I never saw anything, but apparently someone was seeing lots of stuff out there. I did have a run in once with some people on a road that was known locally as a "landing strip": a guy flagged me down and asked me to call the police, saying that they had cornered an alien in the cornfield and might need help. I declined to call, and decided to wait and see what happened-if there was an alien that was going to be caught, I wanted to see it. Needless to say, it wasn't an alien they had cornered in the field, but a cow that had wandered off from the farm across the street, and it was more interested in eating than anything else. The 4 or 5 people who had been chasing it were quite angry once they flushed the "alien" out of the corn and onto the road. I laughed, got in my car, and drove off. Well, apparently, the aliens have gone elsewhere, as there is too much developement in little Pine Bush for their liking: http://www.sploid.com/news/2005/12/at_the_height_o.php If you look at some of the pictures linked off of this page, you'll see that some people need to learn how to hols their camera's still and how to use a lens cloth to clean their lens. :D http://www.pinebushufo.com/pinebushpage1.htm
