My kingdom for a magic item spreadsheet!

Anyone know if there is an accurate spreadsheet or similar device out there (and if so, where I can get it), that does the calculations for creating new magical items for you? And I don't mean simply adding keen to a +2 sword, or the like, I mean the stuff outlined in the DMG from page 241 on, under the heading "Creating Magic Items." Calculating the info for entirely new items has to be one of my least favorite things about DM'ing and writing 3e.

Well, the problem is that there's a lot of ad hoc adjustment involved in pricing new items. A lot. It would be useful as a starting point, though, that's for sure!

I actually like pricing things out much more than I used to, when it was a simple matter of making it up and the existing prices were your only real guideline.
