Epic Level Handbook, Psionic Handbook, DotF, Deitites & Demigods... It's pretty much the same as the power gained by the planeshifter PrC (MotP), except the planeshifters power costs no xp and only lets you have one plane at the time.Basically, it cost you 5000xp to cast creates a tiny demiplane that grows into shape over some 100 days... I don't recall the exact details, but i believe the plane's radius, when fully grown, is 100ft + 5ft per casterlevel. After it's fully grown, you can cast the spell again to make your plane grow further (doubling the radius). The caster chooses all characteristics of the plane (including portals, but you can't create buildings or anything living) when casting the spell.</blockquote>
