As I still have about 3000gp, I may buy one now. The reason I don't have my level 12 feat selected yet is because the DM bumped the group up two levels. I have full access to any arcane(Wizard) spell scroll in the PHB.The group is a Half-Orc Fighter (friend), Gnome Illusionist (indifferent), Anti-paladin human (foe/indifferent, follower of Wee Jas), and my MT.The party has a loose alliance with both the Yuan-tis and a Mage city (who are at war with each other). The DM is basically making us take sides. Due to some campaign issues I briefly sided with the Yuan-ti. As it happens, the mage town has a huge bounty on the head of the Yuan-ti's leader (the vampire). Rav is a mage and has decided that he should aid the city plus the gold wouldn't hurt.Current state of things: Anti-paladin and illusionist have a plan to make it appear that the yuan-ti's forces are crushed by hiring a "false" army from another plane and then killing them in a battle just outside the mage town. The fighter and Rav are currently just following their lead. Rav, however, has a plan.Give the mage towns forces information on two ways to access the Yuan-ti's main base.Get a vorpal greataxe made for the Halforc (she'll follow Rav's lead). I think I can convince the mage town to loan me the money.Get some feather tokens: tree, with a shatter spell contingency spell upon full growth.
