Mystic Thuerge pre-reqs

I have the 3.0 DM's guide which does not have the Mystic Thuerge PRC in it. DOes anyone know or have the requirements for entry on hand?

2nd level divine and arcane spells, 6 ranks each in knowledge (religion) and knowledge (arcana). And it's in the SRD.
