Lao-ping haggles with the swordsman briefly over the price, but soon an agreement is struck and the deal is made. With nothing else keeping them here, they begin the trek towards market.
As they near the market, the shops begin to get more flashy, as to catch the eyes of travelers. One in particular, "Jai-sek's Emporium of Delights", had three korbokuru women dressed in the extravagent fashions of the eastern cities. Ryo, though certainly no expert on such things, could recognize that they were years out of date from the current styles that he had seen before his flight west. A kor in similarly outdated men's fashion greets those who passed in the street, beckoning them to come see the wonders waiting for them within. As he speaks, he opens and closes a sliding door on the porch, which reveals a different spectale each time, which include huge stuffed monstrosites and people with freakish abnormalities.
