The neurotoxin it injects with the barbed tail first causes convulsions, followed by paralysis and death.  One would imagine that either crushing damage or electrical damage would be bad for them.Another idea could be the Dragon Moth.  This time make them Small, but advancable to Medium.  Scaled body with the feathery moth wings.  The twisted and slightly humorous side of me says to give them either a light or electric attack.  People would mistakenly think it is a breath weapon, but it actually comes from the tail.  Again, an obscenely high Move Silently with at most an average ability to fly.  These could attack in swarms, making their seemingly insignificant individual damage level much more devastating.That's all I have for now, though I am sure I could come up with more given some time.</blockquote>
