Name this item!?

I'm looking for an item that I passed out a long time ago to one of my PC's.

I called it an Amulet of Undead Control, caster 13, Will? 20, control up to 26 HD.

I can't find it of course. Does anyone know of this item and reference?

Not that I know the item offhand, but Libris Mortis (the WOTC book of the dead) would seem a good bet (if you haven't tried that already that is).

I think I borrowed the concept from another type of item, and called it an amulet.

Then again, who knows? I can't remember.

A reminder for all DM's, make sure you have your player write down the page # of the item...

Ugg, if I could only get my players to remember this...
