Naming in Oriental Campaign

In an Oriental campaign with naming conventions similar to here, I'd like some help coming up with names for the tons of NPCs that fill the world. I'll repost the relevant parts:

The male name is constructed with an Adjective, followed by a Noun, and then a Verb. This puts the emphasis on who the person is.

The female name is a Noun, followed by an Adverb, and then a Verb, which emphasizes what the person does.

The Noun is the family name, passed on through the generations. These names stay within the gender. The daughter will get her family name from the mother and the son from the father. There are no family names that are shared between the genders.

Also, I'd like to use the basic clans from OA/Rokugun, which are:

Crab
Crane
Dragon
Lion
Phoenix
Scorpion
Unicorn​

I'd take serious or funny suggestions. Thanks.

In my Kitsunemori campaign, I just use Japanese name lists, eg. http://www.rpginspiration.com/. In fact, I even used this list for Jamis Buck's NPC generator (but once I had it all set up, I rarely got to use it).
