[QUOTE="RangerWickett, post: 277592, member: 63"] Well, with a limit of 13 HrPs on the power, you can still at least get the base power, plus either the Full Shield or Mobile Shield enhancement. You could get both enhancements if you were willing to take a minor restriction of some sort. But hey, it's a cool character idea. Russ and I are hoping that, if 4C2F (Four-Color to Fantasy) is well-received, we could have a submissions contest for people to contribute new super powers and sample characters to sort of a sequel book. We'll gladly take the Guardian if you're willing, . . . and as long as he's not already a copyrighted character I'm unaware of. A few other villains we were thinking of are: Madame Molasses - an elderly lady with a powerful gadget (her car) that causes everyone within 100 feet to have to move at a crawl. And of course, her gadget makes her invincible as long as she's inside it, plus she has amazing powers to convince police officers that she's wholly innocent of any wrecks she's in, and that the young people are to blame. However, her powers don't work on people older than her. Boobchick & Package Man - (thanks to Ashtal for the second member of this superheroic couple). A mild parody at the expense of traditional comic women. The Telemarketer - he has amazing powers to find and call any phone near you, so he can always pester you, at any time of the day or night.
