Natural Armor stacking? Forsaker question

If I choose a creature (and take the ECL hit as well) with a natural armor of +2, and then get to 3rd level forsaker (which then gives a natural armor bonus equal to the con modifier), do these stack or do I just get the highest of these abilities? I know the DMG states that you can only have one type of bonus, but it doesn't really make too much sense in this instance.

It wouldn't stack. However, rule zeroing that they would would not be out of line.
