Natural Waepons vs. DR

I seem to remember that natural weapons gain +1, +2, etc. equivalency with high HD for DR purposes...

Is this in the SRD? Can someone give me the quick-n-dirty progression?

[Sorry to be asking all these stupid questions...I'm trying to run a PBMB game with no books...]

A creature's natural weapons are able to penetrate damage reduction as if they were magical weapons with an enhancement bonus sufficient to penetrate the creature's own damage reduction. It is not based on HD.

Actually you are having a flashback. That was pre 3rd Ed. In 3rd Eed. You can ignore damage reduction up to your own damage reduction (ie. a dr +1/5 critter can attack a +1/10 target ignoring DR). The other option is the magic fang spell.
