Who the hell created all that variety of carnivorous plants that is crawling out there?
Well, I have searched high and low and have finally hit on an answer: the druids. Yes, the druids. You see, some druids see civilization as evil, or maybe just as a weakness, and they seek to topple it. And the way they hit upon is that of enhancing nature's chidlren: the plants. Laboring hard they created a variety of carnivorous plants, which they subsequently sent out to the world to spread, and hamper civilization.
