Hale's repressed emotions were rechanneled into his work as a library clerk. In his playful reorganization of the cultist's beloved texts, Hale displayed a strong individuality which would have been greatly respected and admired in today's Empire. At first, Bri was excited that his talent was considered so valuable, until he realized his instructors were looking for nothing more than new ways to fight what they believed was a "droid menace". Young Bri was personally watched over by the cult leader Sylara.

Jett Ktrame (Male Cerean, 13 years old at time of death) ~ Jett, close friends with fellow librarian Hale, was a 'bookish' student who spent a great deal of time avoiding the mandatory combat training his cult masters demanded. Sevrina was heavily brainwashed by the cult, forced to become one of their soldiers of death, but despite this I feel that Sevrina's tragedy was one of the saddest--the cult denied her even the chance of an innocent childhood.

Siri Demona (Female Echani, 9 years old at time of death) ~ Siri was considered one of the "most promising" students at the academy. Siri gave her cult instructors no end of trouble, often flying into angry tantrums that would leave her "masters" increasingly frustrated. She was Sylara's teaching assistant, and had she survived, would have been brought into the Academy's higher ranks as a "Master" equal to Sylara.
