Law takes a few moments to activate his Entropic Guard (failed the first few times) but is able to cast Grim Sight in an instant. The effect is immediate: He feels as if a funeral shroud has been pulled over his eyes and it colors all that he sees, everything blanketed in black fog that he knows to be the omnipresent touch of death. The fog reminds him of his awakening and the effect is unsettling. There isn't anyone in the world who hasn't encountered death in one way or another, but some have felt its touch more than others. Faye is drowning in the fog and Law concludes that it's likely she's killed, perhaps more than once, and people have tried to kill her. To everyone: Law's Grim Sight enables him to see how closely a person, place, or thing has rubbed shoulders with death, as demonstrated above with Faye. If you'd like, include in your next post what Law sees when examining your character with Grim Sight. If you don't it will be assumed your character has no particular connection to death. [sblock=Grim Sight]This patch of desert hasn't been touched by death in any substantial way.
