I still don't think the Heat win another game, though I appreciate your fandom. :) This was a game they both were supposed to win and had to win, and they barely scratched out a miraculous 4th-quarter comeback. Once again they showed that they don't have much of a team, just Shaq and Wade, and only Wade was a difference-maker tonight. Damp equalled Shaq, and the last half-quarter proved that the Heat are actually a better team with Shaq on the bench. I wonder if Shaq will see his minutes reduced now? I think the Mavs' coaching let them down this time. Why not post up Howard on Wade every trip to try and get that sixth foul? Certainly Howard can post up Wade, especially without Shaq backing him up? Then that in bounds lob? Bogus play, man. Avery's awesome, but something went wrong in the last four minutes, and only partly was it the players. But I'll give Wade credit, he really turned it on tonight. It was good to see one performance like that outta him, but the rest of the team just sorta gave up. They weren't even rotating on those two late Terry jump shots, just sorta letting us shoot. Totally dejected, and I think the Mavs can keep them like that in the next two games. The Heat outscored us by two here, but they haven't shown the ability to consistently stop us or score on us. I think my 4-1 prediction's looking pretty good still, too, I'll see if I can keep my streak alive by posting a prediction Thursday morning. :)
