Aw man, that's too bad. I sure wish you could make one more. It's been a pleasure having you as a semi-regular attendee over the years, Jeph. I know that the future holds great things for you. Always glad to have new people. We strive for (and achieve IMHO) a very laid back atmosphere at the Game Days. They are widely varied but in the large majority of cases they run 4-5 hours (our "slots" are 5 hours long each) of rolicking fun one-shot games. They vary widely in terms of theme and system. In fact it is very rare that you'll see any sort of "vanilla D&D" (not that there is anything at all wrong with vanilla D&D) games. As more games go up on the site just look around and see what looks like fun. Then just sign up and show up to have a blast. We do try and make this event about more than just gaming though so there's a heavy social element as well. We usually get together on Friday night beforehand to hang out and we'll do this again this time around (cookout in my back yard if there are no objections). And a big bunch of us go out to dinner on Saturday night and talk about all the fun we had that day. We hope to see you at those events as well.
