They were searching for new colony worlds rich in food sources and slaves. They populated hundreds of worlds and were able to introduce the knowledge of other inhabited worlds. They died of a enzyme deficiency thousands of years ago but not before some of the slaves learned to work their technology.
In today's world, the Gren have risen to head a new Republic of Free Worlds. Not everyone belongs nor are their views universally respected.
The Haga and their Theocracy believe all in the Nebuleos, even the universe,are inferior to the Chosen, the Haga. The wage a combination of open war and secret operations against the other worlds, hoping to eliminate their inferiors.
The Dremin, originally a slave race of the Haga, make no secret of their war with the Haga. They battle an ongoing struggle to keep their freedom from the Theocracy. Some Dremin are still slaves and the Dremin will not rest until they are free.
Over ten races and subraces, their governments, cultures and struggles round out the inhabitants of the Nebuleos with plenty of room for your own races. Nebuleon SFRPG is a rich setting waiting for your stories.
