Totally unrealistic but in keeping with the shield equipping rules. Other items generally would be a minor action to equip or unequip, though you may want to make some harder than others. Arm and Leg slot items for instance could easily take considerable time. Overall 4e is trying to AVOID the golf bag syndrome, so really I'm not all that inclined to be nice to power gamers trying to play the system.</blockquote>
