We just wrapped up The Wurst of Grimtooth's Traps. I think you all will like it. It has all the fun feel of the originals, all statted out for v3.5 rules. It uses a "monster manual" like trap entry style, with new rules to handle multiple stage traps with multiple triggers and effects as well as how to ajudicate situations where the trigger is found before the trap, etc. It is a hardback with over 220 total traps. It includes the best traps from the original Grimtooth books as well as the entire Dungeon of Doom--a dungeon of nothing but traps! Plus, we got the original artist Steve Crompton to do some new art for a new story line involving Bill and I venturing to see Grimmy and Grimtina, getting in to see Grimtooth to ask him about traps, him getting pissed off at how 3E handles traps, and Bill and my eventual demise at the hands of Grimtooth. As Grimtooth says, "This book contains too much trap knowledge for mere mortals." It contains traps from CR 1 to CR 10 (though a few of the CR 10s are really more like CR 100 :) ), as well as some interesting trapped items which can be found in the Traps Bazaar. We really are proud of the "monster manual" style layout for each trap, which was done by v3.5 rules guru Scott Greene. It contains all the original art from Steve Crompton from the original books, Grimtooth's Traps, Traps Too, Traps Fore, Traps Ate, Traps Light, Traps Bazaar and the Dungeon of Doom. I'll drop by periodically to let you know when we post some previews on the Necro site. Its off to press monday and should be out in May. Feel free to ask any questions about the product that you might have. I will be happy to answer them. Clark Oh, and it also comes with a little warning: "Warning: Unauthorized disclosure of this material may contribute to the unjustified survival of adventurers, delvers, and player characters… and may result in serious damage to the deadly reputation of the DM."
