[Necromancer Games] Mother of All Treasure Tables preview pieces

Cassandra

First Post
In anticipation of the print release of The Mother of all Treasure Tables™ later this month (September 29 from Kenzer and Company), Tabletop Adventures and Necromancer Games are giving a preview of pieces from each of the ten tables in the book. A couple treasures will be posted each week in September. See the thread here on EN World or at the Necromancer Games forum. The thread is also being carried on Martin Ralya's Treasure Tables forum.

The Mother of all Treasure Tables™ is also available as a PDF through the EN World Download Shop.

I'm seriously considering getting the pdf, which is something I normally do not do when a print version is going to be available. So how navigable is the pdf, Joe?

Is the copy and paste feature as necessary/useful as I suspect it is to easily print out the treasures?

Perfectly navigable and cut and paste is worth it, IMHO.

I'm so blown away that it looks like I am going to buy the pdf! This is "new" for me. I think I feel like an Alcholic who knows they are about to go off the wagon and shouldn't.

At least I know it is great content, no matter what format I own it in.

Well, I suppose you could say this is "just a listing of sample treasures," in the same way that the Mona Lisa is "just a painting." :)

The Mother of All Treasure Tables has complete treasures of various values - everywhere from a few silver pieces up to millions of gold pieces. They are arranged in tables so that they can be rolled randomly, and combined to make larger treasures. However, there is no "treasure generator" as in simply tables of random items, such as in the DMG.

I suggest you take a look at the introduction to the book, which explains this is much more detail. You can see it on the Tabletop Adventures website - click on the "Demo" button. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

'Choice' Treasure 3 – Table I: 10 Gold Pieces or Less

A new treasure has just been posted, from the table subtitled, "What has it got in its pockets?" See the previous post in this thread for links.
