Need a C&C compatiable one-shot for tonight

I'm possibly running a Castles & Crusades one-shot tonight and I am solicitation your advice for a mid-level adventure I can run. I have access to a large library of AD&D adventures, and I was thinking of running one of those.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

AD&D-wise, mid-level (im assuming say level 5 to 10 or so), how about any one of the following...

C1 Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan (levels 5-7)
I3 Pharoah (levels 5-7)
I4 Oasis of the White Palm (levels 6-8)
S2 White Plume Mountain (levels 5-10)

Any of the Giant series (G1, G2, G3)....levels between like 8-12

Probably higher level than mid, but for levels 9-12 ya could also try EX1 and EX2 (Dungeonland and Land Beyond the Magic Mirror)

I-6 Ravenloft.

Go with something you ran or played through before. The familiarity will help. You should also have been visiting the TLG forums (linked from their website) and getting advice. Especially since this sounds like your "one shot" to get them to see the good points of C&C.
