Destructive?Going by your backround, it seems that the real Rongoon is just a shadow of what alll the people really think it is.  Perhaps you could play up on that- make it some sort of dual-sided being, as are all shadows, existing in neither pure light nor darkness but in the twighlight between the two.Perhaps the creature has both light and darkness based powers. Light powers that burn people to death like his fanatical adherents may have. And then covering it all up with darkness powers and concealment like the high clergy have covered their crimes up with deceptions and lies.A creature that could not exist in pure light or pure darkness.Is that the sort of ideas you want?</blockquote>
