Need a monster/npc generator for a 3.5 game

The title says it all: is there any (free) options for creating lots of low level fighters, barbarians, etc of the orc-kind? Something that I can easily print?
The only thing I can find is Jamis Buck's generator, but I´m searching for something else.

The ones you mentioned are the only ones I know off. The only other (non-free) thing I can recommend is Creative Conclave's The Lazy GM series. I think Orcs is the next one to be released, containing over 450 different orcs of all kinds.

I'd use HeroForge. It's a free Excel spreadsheet for PC generation, but makes classed enemy creation a breeze. And you can print out stat blocks rather than a full sheet if you wish.

On the same hosting site is Monster Forge, with which you can advance monsters (adding HD, Feats, Special Abilities, etc.) and making them a bit tougher if needed. Again, there's a Statblock output rather than a full sheet.
