Her encounter could be her and her harem, make her an elite leader artillery who buffs and heals, lets say 10, low level soldiers as well as charming people who get too close. Make the win scenario killing her so the PCs have to choose whether or not to focus agro on her or take down her harem first. She can then use the souls of the harem as part of her transformation ritual.</p></blockquote><p></p>
