NEED HELP FAST! Sinking Ships

Hi guys,
I'm going to a game soon so hopefully someone knows the answer to this.
Where can I find rules for trying to sink ships.
My party is chasing a ship at sea and is attempting to sink through ballista fire.

I believe the preferred way is to use poorly attached lips.

I'd use Stormwrack for the ship rules (HP, hardness, sections, sinking, etc.) and Heroes of Battle for the ballista rules.

If you don't want to use the specific references others have helpfully provided, you can estimate the whole thing using the "dungeon materials" section of the SRD. Treat the wooden hulls as wooden walls and deal enough damage to breach them.

Stormwrack has sorted me out. pg. 25-31 explains narrative naval combat which works perfectly for what I was trying to do.

Note that ballistae are not ideal for sinking a ship. They deal only half damage. They'd be better off putting water walk on the barbarian and send him over with his greataxe.
