Need Help In Creating A God

My player's will be fighting the final boss in a few months from now and i want someone here to have the privilege of making my boss. Tharizdun.

He will be a level 35 solo fight. I really don't have time and I can't think of attacks appropriate for a god of madness and destruction.

Guys, I think there was someone here in the forums that happily makes monsters for you right? And he actually made 2 ebooks, about aberrants and undead. Can you refer me to him/her?

Tharizdun. The elder elemental eye. A force of annihilation, so ancient and powerful that he could never be destroyed, only imprisoned, and even those who trapped him were driven mad by the attempt.

Tornadoes do not have hit points. Earthquakes have no armor class. Meteors falling from the infinite black void of space care not for attack rolls.

What I'm saying here is, statting Tharizdun is a pretty tall order.

For starters. ;)
 

Tharizdun is more like a force of nature than an enemy, so using some kind of skill challenge to stop him might be appropriate.

Combat stats should take some inspiration from the Great Old Ones in Call of Cthulhu:
Standard actions:
basic melee attack (range 5): The target is reduced to negative bloodied hit points.
 

he needs all his attacks to be psychic damage and (due to the madness)cause stat debuffs - save ends but the ongoing psychic damage was a good idea however the god is probably a psionic power user - so the attacks are ranged, and as everything is bent to his will he is unaffected by stun effects, he also needs to do more damage but have much less hp.(2000 approx as orcus has 1525)
