Being unable to use heavy armor is countered by using mithril armor. Even if mithril armor isn't available, the disadvantage will only be an issue for tank fighters, and even then, the advantages still surpass the disadvantages at +3 ECL.I would make it ECL +5 at least.</blockquote>
